Here is the completed custom aluminum radiator install.  I considered using the stock AC condensor fan because it will flow more air, but it has such a thick profile that I likely couldn't fit the Volvo Turbo intercooler up front when it gets here.  I think this fan will be enough on this radiator however.  The radiator is a good 30% thicker than stock and as you can see from this picture it doesn't give up too much frontal area.  You can also see the new locking hoodpins which were a royal pain to install.  (It's all about alignment.)

No more hood latch or headlight lid motor.  Made it easy to fab the aluminum top bracket with the center support removed.

Another shot to showcase the hood pins.  (Ignore the dirt!)  You can also see the lower radiator locating cradle on the bottom right of the radiator.  It's just a piece of aluminum tabbed up on the front and rear with foam rubber stuck to the tabs.  There are foam rubber strips glued along the rest of the lower core support for the radiator to rest on.
